Only one trial per customer, payment method, or household is permitted
Trial access converts automatically to a paid subscription
Failure to cancel before trial expiration results in a non-refundable subscription charge
You may cancel your subscription at any time prior to your next billing date.

Cancellation requests are processed within 24–48 business hours
Once canceled, no further charges will occur

Refunds are issued solely at our discretion:
Duplicate charges caused by a system error

Unauthorized transactions confirmed after investigation
Charges occurring after a verified, timely cancellation request
Refunds will not be provided for:

Lack of use or perceived value
Dissatisfaction with results
Price objections after billing
Misunderstanding the trial terms
Ignoring or missing billing disclosures
Claims of “unrecognized charges” where authorization exists

Charges will appear on your bank or card statement under a descriptor referencing Mindaura.
By providing payment details, you represent that:
