Customers may cancel their subscription to Mindaura.co at any time prior to the next scheduled billing date.
Cancellation prevents future charges only and does not reverse or refund charges already processed.
To cancel your subscription, you must submit a cancellation request by email.
Your cancellation request must include:
The email address used during registration, and
A clear and explicit request to cancel the subscription
Cancellation requests submitted without sufficient identifying information may be delayed or rejected.
Cancellation requests must be received before the end of the trial period or before the next renewal date to avoid charges.
Requests received after a billing event has occurred will apply to the next billing cycle only.
Cancellation becomes effective once processed by our support team, typically within 24–48 business hours.
Access to the service will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
The trial period is a paid introductory offer.
If the subscription is not canceled before the trial ends, it will automatically convert to a paid monthly subscription.
Failure to cancel during the trial period does not constitute grounds for a refund.
Cancellations are not retroactive.
Once a charge has been successfully processed, it cannot be canceled or reversed through a cancellation request.
Customers are solely responsible for:
Monitoring their trial and renewal dates
Submitting cancellation requests on time
Ensuring emails are sent from a reachable and valid email address
Checking spam or junk folders for confirmation emails
Failure to receive a response due to email issues does not invalidate billing.
Once your cancellation request is processed:
You may receive a confirmation email
No further subscription charges will occur unless the subscription is reactivated
Submitting a chargeback instead of requesting cancellation through the proper channel may result in:
Immediate termination of service
Loss of future access
Ineligibility for refunds
All cancellation-related disputes may be contested using transaction records, consent logs, and communication history.
Mindaura.co reserves the right to update this Cancellation Policy at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
