Refund Policy

We want you to feel your report was worth it. If it wasn’t, here is exactly how to get your money back.

Eligible for a refund

  • Requests made within 14 days of the charge
  • Duplicate or accidental charges
  • A report that never arrived or failed to generate
  • A renewal you did not intend, reported promptly

Usually not eligible

  • Charges older than 14 days
  • Disagreeing with an accurately scored result
  • Repeated refund requests on the same account
  • Chargebacks filed before contacting us

The 14-day guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your Mindaura report or membership, email us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it in full — no interrogation. This applies to the $1.95 report unlock and to your most recent $29.95 monthly charge.

How to request a refund

1- Email support@mindaura.co with the subject line “Refund request”.
2- Include the email address used at checkout and the approximate date of the charge.
3- Tell us briefly what went wrong — it helps us improve, but it is not a condition of the refund.
We confirm every request within one business day. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Avoiding future charges

A refund for a past charge does not automatically end your membership. To stop future billing, use the cancellation page. Cancelling during your 7-day trial means the $29.95 fee is never charged in the first place.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. Chargebacks take weeks to resolve and may lock your account — we can almost always fix the problem faster ourselves.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights you have under the law of your country, including any statutory right to cancel a distance purchase.
